• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• We accept returns on full-priced items.
• Final sale, intimates, and attar (fragrance) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Email modestfrvr@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.

— REFUNDS —

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

— DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM —

Email modestfrvr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost.

— BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDERS —

Some pieces ship on a 2-week production timeline. The product page will say so. Backorder items are non-cancellable once production starts.
